Nordic food dictionary

Online Food Dictionary in Nordic Languages (version 0.9)

Based on the NORLEX - Nordic Glossary, Names and Terms, Foods ((TemaNord 2001:515) publication, an online dictionary of names and terms for food in the Nordic languages and in English has been implemented.

This version is only the first attempt to publish the NORFOODS data on the internet. Future implementations include linking the food dictionary with the Nordic food composition databases.
